Testing it, it should be fine if you get rid of the second half. Are you sure the cell references are correct? Some cells might be looking at the day, month, or something instead of the hour.You could also just use a single condition getting rid of the second half to see your total posts at each hour.I'm quite interested in this, but when I get rid of the second criterion, I just get a seemingly random number that doesn't equate to an increasing number over time.
The $ prevents the column or row from changing when you copy the formula into a different place. E.g if you copy A1 one cell to the right, it will change to B1, but if you copy $A1 it will remain $A1.Copying A1 down a row and to the right will change it to B2, but copying A$1 will just change it to B$1.
If you click on a couple cells, I would make sure the highlighted selections match what you would expect.
