DancingNekoGirl : Technically yes, since Scratch can't really moderate how many people use your account (I think.)
I would not suggest it though, unless you trust the person using it completely. This is because whatever this person does on your account will be done in your name, so if you say something bad or do something that breaks the rules it will look like you did it.
