If so, would the user be able to share documents?
If so, the project can be used as a cloud chat, and you need a white list of sentences or phrases.
If not, I think it would be easier to make an off-line save-able document interface, like Microsoft Word.
That way, you do not need a black list or a white list, and you can just report anyone who comments an inappropriate save code.
If not (not like Google Docs), what would it be like?

And why cant you choose words from a whitelist? I understand not allowing a blacklist, or just a type-anything-in, but whitelisted words? Come on.
